What if I didn’t receive an Order Confirmation?

Customers who place an order on our website should receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of ordering your product. If you haven’t received a confirmation, first check your Spam folder to ensure your confirmation didn’t get routed there. If you still don’t see it, you can contact customer service at 1-800-281-0543.

Orders placed over the phone will not receive email order confirmations or shipping notifications.

Shipping

ZQuiet® ships from the East Coast.  Most shipments arrive in 5-7 business days, however, West Coast deliveries may take slightly longer.
Rush Shipping:  Orders will arrive in 2-4 business days.
