What if I didn’t receive an Order Confirmation?

Customers who place an order on our website should receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of ordering your product. If you haven’t received a confirmation, first check your Spam folder to ensure your confirmation didn’t get routed there. If you still don’t see it, you can contact customer service at 1-800-281-0543.

Orders placed over the phone will not receive email order confirmations or shipping notifications.

I just tried to buy a ZQuiet® but failed the survey. Why is that? What can I do to stop my snoring?

If you failed the prescription survey it means that we have determined that ZQuiet® might not be a great solution for you. We recommend that you speak with your doctor or dentist about how you can treat your snoring.

I’ve read that ZQuiet® is one size fits all. How is that possible?

ZQuiet® was designed with efficiency and comfort in mind. No impressions or molding are required because the low profile, open channel design and soft material allow the device to conform to any mouth and the patented living hinge holds it securely in place.

How do I return my ZQuiet®?

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, just call a ZQuiet® counselor before the end of the trial period at 844-978-4384 between the hours of 7am and 8pm Mon-Fri EST, Sat-Sun 9am to 6pm for an RMA number.
