Credit Card declines can happen for a variety of reasons, the best way to get this resolved as quickly as possible is to call customer service at 800-281-0543.

Why can’t I wear ZQuiet® if I have respiratory disease?

We are unable to provide medical advice, but FDA requires us to state that ZQuiet® cannot be used if you have been diagnosed with severe respiratory disease like asthma or emphysema
