Trial Program Details
Our goal is for your ZQuiet® experience to exceed your expectations. And, although we strive for a 100% satisfaction rate, we realize that ZQuiet® may not be the perfect solution for everyone. If your snoring has not improved within the 30 day trial period by using ZQuiet®, simply call ZQuiet® customer service to obtain an RMA number. As long as the RMA was requested prior to the end of the 30-day trial, you will not be charged the $79.95 fee for device at the end of the trial period (S&P fees are non-refundable).
If you feel certain that ZQuiet® isn’t the solution to your snoring, please call 800-281-0543 (Customer Service Hours: 7 am to 8 pm Monday-Friday EST, Saturday-Sunday 9 am to 6 pm EST) and speak with any ZQuiet® Counselor. The Counselor will provide you with:
- Return Authorization number
- Date by which your mouthpiece must be received to avoid being charged.
- Shipping address and instructions
Returns are subject to the following limitations:
- Repeat orders are not eligible for returns other than product defects.
- All returned mouthpieces are considered “used.” For health and safety reasons we do not, under any circumstances, resell returned mouthpieces. They are examined for defect then destroyed.
- This is a 30-day trial period. No returns will be accepted without a RMA number, or from 30 days after receiving your ZQuiet® shipment unless specified by a ZQuiet® Counselor.
Devices damaged by improper use or care cannot be returned.
