What if I didn’t receive an Order Confirmation?

Customers who place an order on our website should receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of ordering your product. If you have not received a confirmation, first check your Spam folder to ensure your confirmation didn’t get routed there. If you still don't see it, you can contact customer service at support@zquiet.com.Orders placed over the phone will not receive email order confirmations or shipping notifications.

How long will it take my order to process?

Orders that are placed Monday-Friday before 11am EST will ship the same day. All other orders will ship the next business day.

How long will shipping take?

ZQuiet orders ship from Hebron Kentucky. Most shipments arrive in 5-7 business days.Rush Shipping: Orders will arrive in 2-4 business days.

Can you ship my order Overnight Express?

There are expedited shipping methods available during check-out. Orders placed after noon EST will not ship until the next business day.

How do I get Free Shipping on my order?

ZQuiet offers free Standard Shipping to any order over $25 delivered in the U.S.A. (ex. Hawaii).
