Hi Dave, Sore teeth or the sensation of teeth shifting is a normal listed side effect when wearing ZQuiet, and if it resolves during the day it is likely not a problem. On rare occasions, using a device like ZQuiet can expose underlying tooth or gum issues that should be discussed with your dentist. Note that single packs don't come with a case - only starter packs do. We recommend buying a case to protect your ZQuiet and because storing it in the case restores the hinge strength to increase it's useful life.

Hi Amy, Moving the lower jaw forward all night can sometimes cause your bite to feel off for a period of time in the morning. It always adjusts back into place. Our instructions say that if your bite is off for more than an hour or two, it's best to stop use. Hello Mary, The sensation of tooth movement is common when using any oral appliance that moves the lower jaw forward. In some cases where the ligaments that hold the teeth are loose or there is undetected gum disease, actual tooth movement can occur.
