Peop... le usually start by ordering a comfort system with both sizes to determine which size works best, and if you wear through it quickly due ot clenching or grinding (under 3-4 months) we recommend ordering the size that works best for you in Firm.

O... n rare occasions, using a device like ZQuiet can expose underlying tooth or gum issues that should be discussed with your dentist. Hi Amy, Moving the lower jaw forward all night can sometimes cause your bite to feel off for a period of time in the morning. It always adjusts back into place. Our instr... uctions say that if your bite is off for more than an hour or two, it's best to stop use.
