Good quality - Did not work for me

This product seemed to be very good quality, good fit and easy to use. I tried it several times and could not swallow - when I tried, the top half sucked onto my palate which was not comfortable and still wasn't able to swallow. It may work for many others. When I called customer service, they were super helpful.

It actually does work!

I tend to snore early morning - like 4 a.m. - and sometimes I can sleep through it, but my husband can't. My Z-Quiet has really helped. Sometimes I put it in when we wake at 4, but more and more I have been using it throughout the night. I sleep better, and my husband does too! It takes a little to get used to as I had never used any device in my mouth before (teeth guard, whitening trays, etc). And I do think sometimes I clench and wake up a bit sore - kind of like just getting out of a dentist visit - but it has definitely been a good thing overall. It solves the problem, keeps my airway open, and don't have to use a CPAC to force air down my throat. I would definitely recommend it. (I usually don't give reviews but I do feel strongly about this.)

It really works!!

Started using z quiet a few months ago and it really works to stop my snoring, took a few weeks to get used to but now I barely notice it while in or the morning after. Also, I wear invisiline retainers and they fit inside the z quiet mouth piece just fine.

Pretty Darn Good!!! Give it a try is my advice.

It is much better than the hard shell model I tried before, and I loved having choice on sizing. My sleep partner says my snoring has stopped. So does my big eared daughter who keeps down the hall. I am having an issue with mild front teeth pressure, and some mouth dryness, but sleeping with it is no problem at all. I feel better in the mornings, less fatigued.. I am very pleased, and will recommend it in future.
