The device works well!

I purchased this device as the first one I had been using was not working consistently to stop my snoring. I can say that thanks to the different " strengths" of straps, I was able to customize my device so I would no longer snore. I started with the " one" that it arrived with, I chose to move to a " #2" , and so far have had success!

Adjusted the mouth guard. Was/is an adjustment. Sleep thus far has been sound and restful.

ZQiet continues to not disappoint. This is the first oral appliance brush we’ve ordered although this is the 4th appliance ordered. My husband definitely likes the brush as well.

I never thought an appliance from the Internet that I had to mold myself would help me sleep better, but we 0 I was desperate so gave it a try. I purchased the ZQuiet Advanced because I needed one with no contact to my front teeth. It not only has resolved snoring, but resolved teeth grinding and sleep apnea! I had a new sleep study done after a few months of wearing it. My episodes went from 14 per hour to 3. I was advised to move the straps though #2 or #3 (if I can handle it) to see if that brings it to 0 episodes. I need to get the courage to do that (remove factory installed setting and replace because I don't want to break it.) I have had insomnia for years. It has helped some but I could use a lot more help, so who knows, maybe if I move the straps it will help more. If so, I will write another review! Oh. Additionally Lindsey in the Customer Service Department is amazing! It is a blessing to be a patron of ZQuiet, a company with a good product, great prices and excellent customer service.
