So far, so good
I've tried several anti-snoring mouthguards. I'm also a "grinder", so the hardware needs to be durable enough to withstand the grinding while also stopping the snoring. My grinding has prevented other products from working as the offset has not been stable. Some have failed the first night, while others have lasted a a few weeks but eventually fail. This includes the regular ZQuiet. The Advance has held up well so far. My snoring is under control and the device seems stable! Assuming this remains the case the device will be my go-to! I do wish is was a little smaller, but it's still less bulky than many others. The brackets can be a little uncomfortable and sometimes irritate my cheeks, but nothing horrible. Customer service has been excellent, including a replacement for my first purchase, which was chewed up by my dog. Thank you! If all stays as is, I'm a customer for many years to come.
