Recommended if you have an overbite (lower front teeth sit behind the upper front teeth) or have a normal bite with light to moderate snoring.

Size 2

Recommended if you have an underbite (lower front teeth protrude in front of the upper teeth) or have a normal bite with heavy snoring.

I don't usually write product reviews, but ZQuiet has made such a difference that I felt it was worth sharing. Simply put, it completely eliminated my snoring.

What I appreciate most is how easy it was to try. Instead of jumping straight into sleep studies, doctor visits, or expensive treatments, I made a relatively small investment and got immediate results. Since I was already wearing Invisalign trays at night, getting used to the mouthpiece was practically effortless. I can even wear both together.

The golden rule is that after cleaning, your ZQuiet Mouthpiece should be stored flat in the supplied case. This ensures that it will retain its shape and also will prevent accidental damage. You can purchase a storage case on our website.

Clean it after every use with our carefully formulated, proprietary cleaning solution, ZQuiet Clean. Cleaning and sanitizing your ZQuiet is as easy as “pump scrub and rinse” and takes only a few seconds! Important: Do not use mouthwash with alcohol, harsh chemicals, or household cleaning products like bleach or ammonia to clean any ZQuiet product as it may damage the material.

ZQuiet was designed with efficiency and comfort in mind. No impressions or molding are required because the low profile, open channel design and soft material allow the device to conform to any mouth and the patented living hinge holds it securely in place. The difference between Size 1 and Size 2 relates to the level of jaw advancement each size provides.

The ZQuiet device is made of a soft thermoplastic compound that has undergone stringent consumer testing including toxicology, sensitivity and biocompatibility assessments.
