tHE sNORING IS iMPROVED

The new snoring device is better. Some nights Ii have no snoring but other I have lighter to heavier snoring. My wife is pleased with the no snoring but puts up with the occasional other snoring. The worst thing that bothers me most is that the bottom portion of the device digs into my mouth by the straps. i haven't been able to figure out how to correct it.

We are sorry to hear that your adjustment period with ZQuiet hasn't been easy. It can certainly be frustrating when that happens. We suggest trying to bend or reshape the protrusions, or lightly smooth them with a file. We recommend you remold the mouthpiece again to ensure a proper fit. Try boiling just the upper/lower (choose appropriate) tray 1 more time, but try the following. Heat the (upper/lower) tray in water at a low boil with the impression side down for 3 minutes. Remove and shake off excess water and re-insert on your teeth. Once inserted, use your fingers to press the excess impression material over the exposed part of the teeth and gums to tighten the retention around the teeth. Fantastic Device!

After one week of consistent use I can say the ZQuiet Advanced device is very comfortable to wear, doesn't cause ANY teeth pain, and the minor offset that came installed on the device has been enough to completely stop my snoring! The semi soft polymer feels like a temperpedic mattress for the molars and is a brilliant way to help keep the device in place. Huge improvement over the standard device (which i personally did not like). Highly recommended!

Need one for people with smaller mouths

I think this item is great but I am a female with smaller features and think it could have a smaller size made so it would fit the overall mouth better. I have a normal bite and use a size 2 and my snoring is no more! I also feel not as groggy when waking up. My wife and I thank you!

MOUTH BREATHING

Flimsy, but good design.

I like that the front teeth are not stuck in the rubber, so your bite isn't as messed up the next morning. However, for the cost, it feels like it would be way less flimsy. It's good enough to keep me coming back, but I think it should be way more sturdy for the price.

How soon should I expect results with the ZQuiet
Advance Mouthpiece?

You should expect to see results the very first night you use it. Optimal results occur after determining which jaw advancement strap size works best for you.

How do I change the straps?

Once you have determined the correct strap size to use, you should remove and replace each strap on one side at a time. To remove the strap, you must position the strap so that the strap slots align with the post keys before it can be removed. Once both ends of the strap are removed, attach the new strap by aligning the strap hole and slots over the post key one end at a time.
