Orders

Customers who place an order on our website should receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of ordering your product. If you have not received a confirmation, first check your Spam folder to ensure your confirmation didn’t get routed there. If you still don't see it, you can contact customer service at support@zquiet.com. Orders placed over the phone will not receive email order confirmations or shipping notifications.

Shipping

Orders that are placed Monday-Friday before 11am EST will ship the same day. All other orders will ship the next business day.

ZQuiet orders ship from Hebron Kentucky. Most shipments arrive in 5-7 business days. Rush Shipping: Orders will arrive in 2-4 business days.

There are expedited shipping methods available during check-out. Orders placed after noon EST will not ship until the next business day.

ZQuiet offers free Standard Shipping for any order over $25 delivered in the Continental USA, or to US Military bases. Standard Shipping charges to US Territories is $8.95, and $29.95 to Alaska & Hawaii.
